We currently ship to all contiguous U.S. states. Orders are fulfilled from our domestic network. Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and on our Pricing page for members.
Most in-stock items ship within two to four business days. Transit typically adds three to seven business days depending on carrier and destination. You will receive tracking by email when your order leaves our facility.
Standard orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Membership tiers may lower or eliminate thresholds — see membership perks for details.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Final sale, personalized, or opened wellness consumables may be excluded. Start a return via our Contact Us form with your order number.

Our catalog blends small-batch artisan production with responsible factory partners for scale where needed. Each product page describes materials, origin, and care. Natural variation in stoneware, wood grain, and hand-dyed linen is normal and celebrated.
